How hard ink tries to remain a word. 1 = locked letters; 0 = gas.

Random jitter when letters loosen. Full during dissolve (low legibility); none while a word is locked.

Wind is a traveling gust: the positive half of a sawtooth. Period is the cycle (slider × 0.1 s). Wavelength is how far a gust spans along the wind; 0 = the whole field pulses together.

0,0 is the word center. Click the canvas to place the well. Radius is how far it reaches.
